You have the right to exchange or return products (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. When you return or exchange products, you must cover shipping charges. As soon as we receive them, we will exchange your products or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
We do not take responsibility for any products lost during the return shipping.
The Customer must notify DUDE via email (email@example.com) that he or she wishes to return or exchange the Product(s)
DUDE will only bear the return costs if the Product(s) is/are defective or wrongly delivered.
If repair or re-delivery is not made within a reasonable time after the complaint was made, the Customer has the right to claim price reduction or to cancel the purchase of the relevant Product(s).
The right to cancel is exercised by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon cancellation of the purchase of the relevant Product(s), the Customer shall return the Product(s) in accordance with the return procedure stated above.
Items on SALE and customs orders are non refundable.
If DUDE fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then DUDE cannot be held responsible.
